どんな仕事かAIによる生成
自動車システムインテグレーターとして、複雑なシステムのハードウェアとソフトウェアの統合、システム統合テスト、顧客先での導入・試運転支援を行います。グローバル自動車OEMのSoftware-Defined Vehiclesへの移行を支援するプロジェクトにおいて、システム検証活動や顧客との調整にも携わります。

必須
- Experience in system integration, testing and commissioning of complex hardware-software systems
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN/CAN-FD, SOME/IP, DOIP. DOCAN, MQTT, HTTP, DDS, IPC (MQ, Socket, Data Sharing)
- Familiarity with embedded systems, hardware components, and software tools used in system integration which may include belowLanguage: C, C++, PythonOS/Middleware: Linux, QNX, AUTOSARControllers: Renesas R-Car, NXP S32G, MCUsToolchains: GCC, Multi, Vector DaVinci, EB tresosTools: Docker, Git, JIRA, GTest, Polyspace, Cantata++, CANoe
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Language: Both English & Japanese Advanced Business Level (Able to independently handle meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders)

About the project:
- We are a strategic software partner for a leading global automotive OEM, supporting their transformation toward Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). Our role spans strategic consulting and technical execution & from defining software architecture roadmaps to delivering robust, scalable solutions for next-generation mobility.

Job responsibilities:
- 1. Coordinate and integrate hardware and software components for complex systems, ensuring seamless operation across subsystems
- 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and QA to ensure integration deliverables meet project specifications
- 3. Perform system integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and document integration results.
- 4. Support the deployment and commissioning of systems at client sites, including on-site troubleshooting and technical support
- 5. Develop and maintain integration documentation, test plans, and reports for internal and client review
- 6. Compliance with automotive standards such as AUTOSAR, Functional Safety – ISO 26262, ASPICE
- 7. Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, adhering to schedules and quality standards
- 8. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions
- 9. Support system validation activities, including performance testing and compliance verification
