The In-Country Japan H2R Services Manager is accountable for leading Japan H2R service delivery across employee lifecycle administration, workforce data management, employee documentation, payroll-impacting upstream processes, service excellence, vendor governance, compliance, operational controls, and continuous improvement. The role provides direct leadership to the Japan H2R Services team and partners closely with regional shared service team, Country P&O, Payroll Operations, Payroll KK, Global Process Owners, PTDI, external service providers, line managers, and employees.
The Japan Program Clinical Head is responsible for clinical program activities for approval and post-approval Re-examination commitments in Japan, covering one or more programs, indications, and compounds. The role works with Japan and global clinical leadership and teams to provide Japan input to clinical development, risk-benefit assessments, regulatory requirements, and market access. The JPCH may also contribute to disease area strategy.
