This role designs scalable, safety-critical software architectures for next-generation AI-enabled mobility systems as part of an end-to-end AD/ADAS system development engagement. Responsibilities include ADAS ECU software architecture, AUTOSAR integration, system performance optimization, customer requirements translation, system integration, and technical risk assessments.

必須
- 7+ years in automotive embedded software with ECU/ADAS architecture experience
- Strong expertise in AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive)
- Experience with SoC/MPU resource optimization and integration
- Experience translating system requirements into software design (ASPICE exposure preferred)
- Japanese/English both Advanced Business Level (Able to independently handle meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders)
歓迎
- Hands-on experience in safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434) design
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing environments
- Strong HW–SW co-design and low-level system knowledge
- Experience in technical risk assessment and trade-off analysis

About the Project
- A multi-program engagement with a leading global Tier-1 supplier for end-to-end AD/ADAS system development.
- The team collaborates across project management, system architecture, software development, AI integration, system integration, validation, safety, and security to deliver scalable, high-quality, and production-ready ADAS solutions.
About the Role
- Join a multi-program engagement with a leading global Tier-1 supplier, delivering end-to-end ADAS system development. You will design scalable, safety-critical architectures for next-generation AI-enabled mobility systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead scalable software architectures for ADAS ECUs
- Define AUTOSAR (Classic & Adaptive) layered architecture and integrations
- Optimize SoC/MPU resource utilization and system performance
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (safety) and ISO 21434 (cybersecurity)
- Translate customer requirements into software specifications and module design
- Collaborate with HW/BSW teams and manage system integration
- Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure ASPICE-aligned development
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical risk assessments
Career Growth
- Opportunity to build expertise in safety-critical AI mobility systems with exposure from concept to SOP. Potential paths include Lead Architect (Autonomous programs) or Technical Project Manager.
