私たちは、Web サイト、アプリ、マルチメディアコンテンツを多言語化したいと考えるユーザーのために、複数のローカライズサービスを提供しています。

主なサービスには、Web サイト多言語化 SaaS「WOVN.io」、スマートフォンアプリ多言語化 SaaS「WOVN.app」、動画字幕 SaaS 「WOVN.video」 があります。

これらの製品は、事業のグローバル展開や国内外の外国人対応を推進するために、自社のコンテンツや各種情報を多言語対応したいと考える大手企業・グローバル企業を中心に提供されており、今までに 18,000 以上の Web サイトやモバイルアプリ等への導入実績がございます。

システムの機能性を損なうことなく、最もシンプルかつ効果的なローカライズソリューションを提供することを目指しており、品質と使いやすさを最重要視しています。誰でも簡単に使える、世界水準の体験を提供することが私たちの使命です。

開発組織においては、私たちは “Be Agile” を体現するため、単なるエンジニアリングにとどまらず、顧客観察、要求分析、UX/UI デザイン、効果検証までチーム全体で担っています。

働き方・ポリシー

私たちは開発の枠組みとして LeSS（Large-Scale Scrum） を採用しています。ビジネス上の理由により複数の製品を扱っていますが、バックログは1つです。バックログアイテムはメンバー自身が作成し、全員でリファインメントを行った上で、PO（プロダクトオーナー）が優先順位を決定します。

1スプリントは2週間で、クロスファンクショナルなチームで開発を進めています。

フル出社のポリシーを採用し、「同じ場所、同じ時間で共に働く」ことを大事にしています。直接会話し、ホワイトボードを使い、モブプログラミングを実践するなど、コラボレーションを重視しています。
