仕事内容
Job Purpose
- The Oncology MSL Manager, Oncology Medical is a people leadership role responsible for building, developing, and leading a Oncology MSL team within Japan Oncology Medical. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for all MSL activities, collaborating with Product Medical Leads, Medical Advisors, and other relevant functions.
Key objectives include:
- Develop and execute a field medical strategy aligned with Disease Area (DA) Heads
- Drive excellence in scientific engagement with key external experts (KEEs) and stakeholders
- Ensure strong medical governance and compliance oversight across all MSL activities
- Demonstrate leadership in fostering a high-performing MSL team
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for development and execution of the Field Medical Strategy in partnership with DA Heads
- Lead and develop high-performing Oncology MSL team, collaborating with DA Heads
- Drive high-quality external scientific engagement with KEEs
- Provide medical insights into Oncology Medical Strategy
- Ensure compliance with GSK governance, JPMA codes, MHLW regulations and GCP requirements
- Act as a leader within the Japan Oncology Medical Leadership Team
