応募資格

必須

Doctorate degree (PhD, MD, DrPH) in epidemiology, public health, or a related quantitative health science.
At least 5 years of experience in applied epidemiology, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology settings.
Experience leading epidemiologic studies, including observational and safety research.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership skills, including team management and staff development.
Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese to engage with stakeholders internally and externally.

Experience in pharmacoepidemiology or real-world evidence generation within the Japanese market.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and expectations for epidemiology studies in Japan.
Ability to influence and build relationships in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Track record of scientific publication or presentation at conferences.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility for on-site presence in Japan.
