必須
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or similar technical education (Master's preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of Radio HW and SW architectures
- RF and radio expertise such as RF measurement techniques, instrument handling, wireless systems and Digital Signal Analysis
- Good programming skills (C/C++, Python, MATLAB or similar)
- Knowledge of baseband and radio product concepts and relevant standards (3GPP/ETSI/CE/FCC/Telec)
- Strong troubleshooting skills, curiosity and a practical, problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable working in Lean/Agile processes and driving continuous improvement
