Developer - Filter Design

• At least a MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience from RF filter technologies, including design knowledge and fabrication processes.
• Strong knowledge of radio and RF design, and a good understanding of cellular radio networks.
• Proficiency with HFSS and ADS (or equivalent RF simulation tools).
• Ability to interpret and apply system‑level requirements to the filter design domain, including traceability and verification planning.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, network‑oriented organizations and collaborate effectively across sites and cultures.
• Proven ability to work effectively with external partners and suppliers.
• Workable spoken and written English (Japanese language skills are a plus), comfortable presenting technical work and review outcomes with a passion for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Experience or clear potential to take informal technical leadership, mentor others, and influence technical direction.
• Familiarity with Lean & Agile ways of working.
