PNT Ground Segment Engineer

Job Overview

1. 1This position is responsible for the design and development of the ground segment and monitoring infrastructure supporting LEO-PNT (Low Earth Orbit Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) and LNSS (Lunar Navigation Satellite System).
2. 2Through the design of monitoring-station networks, integration of navigation receivers and timing equipment, and development of data-processing and monitoring systems, you will support the evaluation of satellite orbit, clock, signal, and overall service performance.

Specific Responsibilities

1. 1Design and develop PNT ground-segment and monitoring-station architectures
2. 2Design monitoring-station locations, equipment configurations, communications links, and data flows
3. 3Integrate antennas, navigation receivers, RF equipment, timing references, and data-acquisition systems to build a monitoring/reference station
4. 4Develop systems for collecting, processing, storing, and visualizing monitoring data
5. 5Analyze satellite orbit, clock, signal, positioning, integrity, continuity, and availability performance
6. 6Design station calibration, redundancy, failure recovery, and operational procedures
7. 7Conduct technical coordination with equipment manufacturers, ground-station operators, research institutions, and domestic and international partners

Role Opportunities

応募資格（必須）

• Experience designing, developing, evaluating, or operating GNSS/PNT ground systems, satellite ground systems, RF monitoring systems, or similar infrastructure
• Knowledge of navigation measurements and performance evaluation, including pseudorange, carrier phase, Doppler, satellite orbit, and clock information
• Experience integrating hardware, software, communications, and data-processing systems
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with domestic and overseas partners, for both equipment and hosting

• Experience designing or operating GNSS reference-station or monitoring-station networks
• Experience with precise orbit determination, clock estimation, time synchronization, or PNT monitoring systems
• Experience analyzing navigation signals using GNSS receivers, software-defined radios, or RF measurement equipment
• Experience developing real-time data-processing, visualization, alerting, or cloud-based monitoring systems
• Knowledge of frequency coordination, radio-station licensing, site installation, or remote ground-station operations
• Willingness to work in a Japanese-language environment for technical documentation and communication
• Ability to connect monitoring-station design and measurement performance to system-level PNT requirements
• Ability to work across RF, navigation, timing, networking, software, and operations disciplines
• Ability to independently coordinate with equipment manufacturers and partners and resolve technical issues
