It provides strategic leadership across financial reporting, statutory compliance, finance transformation, ERP implementation, governance, and accounting process excellence. The role works across Finance and other functions and global stakeholders to influence key business decisions and establish scalable accounting processes.
This individual contributor role supports the ongoing financial reporting and accounting operations of Amgen K.K. (AKK), and the establishment and operational readiness of ABGK. It combines ownership of financial reporting and Record-to-Report activities with finance transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation and process simplification. The role also establishes ABGK’s accounting, reporting and tax compliance processes and partners with stakeholders across Finance and other functions.
