Software Engineer (Machine Learning Systems Engineer)

1. 1This position is intended for software engineers with experience building and operating large-scale, highly reliable data platforms and distributed systems.
2. 2At Turing, we are developing a fully autonomous driving system that controls vehicles directly from onboard camera inputs through an end-to-end AI architecture.
3. 3As a Machine Learning Systems Engineer, you will build the software systems and platforms that power the entire development lifecycle, enabling ML engineers and researchers to move faster, scale further, and operate more reliably.
4. 4Responsibilities include designing and developing data platforms, internal services, developer platforms, data pipelines, training/evaluation workflows, and large-scale distributed systems.
5. 5The systems you build will directly influence the speed and effectiveness of the entire machine learning organization, collaborating with world-class ML engineers on fully autonomous driving.

応募資格（必須）

• 5+ years of professional software development experience using languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar
• Experience owning projects end-to-end, from requirements definition and system design through implementation and operations
• Proven ability to proactively identify problems, drive solutions, and deliver results in a team environment
• Business-level Japanese communication skills (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)

歓迎する経験

• Experience building data processing platforms using technologies such as SQL and Apache Spark
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, etc.)
• Experience building and operating systems on Kubernetes
• Experience developing data platforms and large-scale data pipelines
• Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments or GPU clusters
• Experience developing machine learning infrastructure or MLOps platforms
• Experience working on machine learning projects using frameworks such as PyTorch
