Main Responsibilities

1. 1Review and improve existing API tests
2. 2Define test strategies for API testing and drive continuous improvement
3. 3Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines

1. 1Lead collaborative development, design reviews, and post-mortems with our international teams
2. 2Define quality governance specific to the banking domain, including formalizing release criteria, severity definitions (Sev1-3), traceability requirements, and audit readiness protocols

応募資格（必須）

• Over 5 years of development experience
• Holder of ISTQB (including JSTQB) Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge
• Experience leading a development team
• Experience in formulating test plans and test strategies
• Experience with code-based API testing tools such as RestAssured or Karate

• Experience in reviewing system architecture
• Experience in improving testability
• Understanding of testing techniques (ISTQB Advanced Level knowledge)
• Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher)
• Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes
