QA Engineer

Main Responsibilities

1. 1Design and manage the QA process integrated with our CI/CD pipeline.
2. 2Planning test strategies, reporting defects, and making release decisions
3. 3Planning, creating, and executing test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
4. 4Facilitate consensus and strong alignment across key stakeholders (PdM, Development, SRE, Security, Operations, and Legal).

Unique Experience Gained

1. 1Lead collaborative development, design reviews, and post-mortems with our international teams.
2. 2Define quality governance specific to the banking domain, including formalizing release criteria, severity definitions (Sev1-3), traceability requirements, and audit readiness protocols.

応募資格（必須）

• QA or development experience (3+ years)
• Experience in formulating software development processes or QA processes
• Holder of ISTQB (including JSTQB) Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in information processing or computer science
• Interest in communication within a global development environment, as development is conducted jointly with overseas locations, and English will be used in work situations (TOEIC or similar scores are not required at the time of joining)
