- コンサルティングの実務経験 (Director相当以上)
- データ/AI領域の技術知見、および同エリアでのビジネス課題に対する技術適応の提案、実施経験
- データ/AI領域（特にMDM）におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- 日本語：流暢（複雑なビジネス課題について、口頭・文書ともに複雑な内容を正確かつ円滑に伝えられる）
- 英語：ビジネス初級（翻訳ツール等を活用しながら、基本的な業務連絡や簡単なやり取りができる）
歓迎
- データドリブン経営を実現するための体制、プロセス、テクノロジー、文化、スキル全般のコンサルティング経験
- AIサービス/アプリケーション/プラットフォーム、データ基盤におけるアーキテクトとしての業務経験
- 上流だけではなく、実際にInformatica/SAP MDGなどのソリューションを使った実装プロジェクトへの参画経験
- 営業としてのビジネス計画の立案、実施管理経験
- 複数の担当部門が存在するプロジェクトのリードや管理経験

- Data & Analytics領域の責任者として、AI・データを活用したお客様のビジネス変革をリードするConsulting Partnerポジションです。データ戦略やガバナンス、クラウドデータ基盤、AIユースケースの構想から価値創出までを一貫して支援するとともに、案件創出、サービス開発、デリバリー統括を担っていただきます。TCSのグローバルな知見と技術力を活用し、事業成長とコンサルティング組織の拡大を牽引できる環境です。
ポジションの魅力

職務内容
- 本ポジションでは、お客様のあらゆるデータ活用やガバナンス/品質維持に貢献すべく、上流のアドバイザリーから具体的なソリューションの提供までをサポートします。
- AIを活用したBusiness Transformationを目指すお客様に対し、TCSが提唱するAI-first Enterprise Architectureという考え方の下、クラウドなどのデータ基盤構築から具体的なユースケースに対してビジネス価値を創出するところまで、一貫したサービスを提供します。
- Data& Analytics領域の責任者(Consulting Partner)として、以下業務を担当頂きます。
- 担当ビジネスにおける売上・利益・稼働率目標の策定および達成
- 新規オファリング・コンサルティングサービスの企画・開発
- 顧客とのリレーション構築、案件創出、および提案活動のリード
- 戦略案件におけるConsulting Partnerとしての提案・デリバリー統括
- コンサルタントの育成、採用、および組織運営
- Thought Leadership活動（ナレッジマネジメント、イベント登壇、寄稿・出版等）の推進
Position Summary
- As the leader of the Data & Analytics practice, you will serve as a Consulting Partner responsible for driving clients’ business transformation through AI and data. You will provide end-to-end support, from developing data strategies, governance frameworks, cloud-based data platforms, and AI use cases to delivering measurable business value, while leading business development, service development, and delivery oversight. Leveraging TCS’s global expertise and technology capabilities, you will drive business growth and expand the consulting organization.

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will support clients' data utilization initiatives and governance/data quality management efforts, providing services ranging from strategic advisory to the delivery of concrete solutions.
- For clients pursuing AI-driven Business Transformation, TCS delivers end-to-end services based on its AI-first Enterprise Architecture framework, covering everything from the establishment of cloud-based data platforms to the realization of business value through specific AI and analytics use cases.
- As the Consulting Partner and Head of the Data & Analytics Practice, you will be responsible for the following:
- Own and achieve revenue, profitability, and utilization targets for the assigned business area through effective business planning and execution.
- Develop and launch new offerings and consulting services by identifying market opportunities, emerging trends, and client needs.
- Build executive-level client relationships, generate business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and lead proposal development and pursuit activities.
- Serve as the Consulting Partner for strategic engagements, leading proposal efforts and providing executive oversight for successful project delivery.
- Develop consulting talent through coaching, performance management, recruitment, and active participation in practice and organizational leadership.
- Drive Thought Leadership initiatives through knowledge management, conference speaking engagements, industry publications, articles, and other market-facing activities.
