必須
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technology infrastructure, IT operations, or technology services leadership roles, including people management responsibilities.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise technology services, infrastructure operations, networks, cloud platforms, or end-user computing within a large organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Business-fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred) and strong English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.

- Experience leading technology operations within the insurance, banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL), operational resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, or workplace technology initiatives.
- Proven success managing external technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partnerships.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, AWS, Azure, CISSP, or equivalent.

仕事内容
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Technology Services across Japan, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations.
- Serve as the primary technology services advisor to Japan business leadership and represent Japan within regional and global Technology Services forums.
- Oversee local technology operations, including workplace technology, end-user services, local networks, office technology, and infrastructure services.
- Partner with regional and global teams to deliver cloud, cybersecurity, network, and enterprise technology services aligned with business needs.
- Ensure effective management of service operations, incident response, change management, technology risk, regulatory compliance, vendor performance, budgets, and technology transformation initiatives.
