Drive Product Delivery

Develop Engineers

1. 1Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and support performance evaluations.
2. 2Help engineers grow through career development and mentoring.
3. 3Foster a psychologically safe and inclusive team environment.

Support Technical Decision-Making

1. 1Partner with Tech Leads to drive technical strategy.
2. 2Reduce technical debt and improve long-term maintainability.
3. 3Promote the adoption of AI development tools and emerging technologies. Improve system quality, reliability, operability, and security.

Strengthen the Organization

1. 1Participate in hiring and recruitment.
2. 2Support onboarding and team integration.
3. 3Contribute to organizational design and cross-team improvement initiatives.

Drive Global Engineering

1. 1Collaborate with engineering teams across Japan, India, and Vietnam.
2. 2Lead diverse, multicultural teams and promote effective cross-cultural collaboration.

応募資格（必須）

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience in performance management, coaching, hiring, and developing engineers.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering successful outcomes.
• 5+ years of experience developing web applications or cloud-based services.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and operations.
• Strong interest in AI development tools, generative AI, and emerging technologies, with a passion for leveraging them to improve engineering processes and productivity.
• Experience leading product development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in project prioritization and risk management.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese.
• A positive attitude toward working in an English-speaking environment.
