企業の大規模なトランスフォーメーションに伴う組織・人材変革を、構想策定から実行・定着まで支援するコンサルティングポジションです。チェンジマネジメントや組織影響分析、コミュニケーション戦略の策定・実行を担います。トランスフォーメーションプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメントおよび定着化支援も行います。

応募資格
必須
- 上流から下流、ハイパーケアまでの複数の工程にまたがるシステム開発経験、または、戦略立案ではなく現場変革型のコンサルティング経験
- 最低限のドキュメンテーション（PPT、Word、Excel）スキル
- 日本語：流暢（複雑なビジネス課題について、口頭・文書ともに複雑な内容を正確かつ円滑に伝えられる）
- 英語：ビジネス上級（会議、プレゼン、顧客・社内関係者との折衝を自立して行える）
- Hands-on experience in system development across multiple phases, from upstream design to downstream implementation and hypercare support
- Alternatively, consulting experience focused on on-site operational transformation, rather than purely strategic planning
- Proficiency in basic documentation tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelStrong communication skills, with a genuine interest in engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, or professional experience
- Japanese:Fluent (Able to communicate complex business topics accurately and smoothly in both spoken and written form)
- English:Advanced Business Level (Able to independently handle meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders)

ポジション概要
- 企業の大規模なトランスフォーメーションに伴う組織・人材変革を、構想策定から実行・定着まで一貫して支援するコンサルティングポジションです。組織影響分析やステークホルダーマネジメント、コミュニケーション戦略の策定を通じて、経営層から現場まで変革の理解と受容を促進していただきます。TCSのグローバルな知見とデリバリー力を活用し、業務・IT変革とチェンジマネジメントの両面から、お客様の持続的な変革をリードできる環境です。
ポジションの魅力

職務内容
- トランスフォーメーションに伴う組織・人材変革の企画およびチェンジマネジメントの推進
- 経営層・管理職・現場社員への変革浸透施策およびコミュニケーション戦略の策定・実行
- 組織影響分析、ステークホルダーマネジメント、および変革受容支援
- 変革推進組織の立ち上げ、およびエンゲージメント向上施策の企画・運営
- 長期的なチェンジマネジメントプログラムの設計、合意形成、コミュニケーション施策の実行
- トランスフォーメーションプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメントおよび定着化支援
- Lead organizational and workforce transformation initiatives associated with large-scale business and technology transformation programs, including change management planning and execution.
- Develop and execute communication strategies and change adoption initiatives to drive transformation awareness, engagement, and adoption among executives, managers, and employees.
- Conduct organizational impact assessments, manage key stakeholders, and support business readiness and change adoption throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Establish and support transformation governance structures, including change champion networks, and design and deliver employee engagement initiatives.
- Design and implement long-term change management programs, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and execute strategic communication initiatives across the organization.
- Provide project management support for transformation programs, including change implementation planning, execution, and post-transformation adoption and sustainability activities.

- After gaining practical experience in change management operations and supporting transformation project management through a Transformation Management Office (TMO), candidates will have the opportunity to:

- Advance their careers as consultants in the planning phase of transformation projects, including strategy development, breaking down strategy into executable projects, and organizational setup
- Deepen expertise in various aspects of change management, such as:
