- ＧMＰに関する知識
- High school graduates or above with the following practical experience
- Experience in GMP manufacturing operations. Especially experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
- Ability to work in a shift-based work schedule
- Leadership in areas such as excellent interpersonal, communication, influence, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- With support from your supervisor, you can autonomously complete tasks, make decisions, and solve problems.
- To implement and achieve the goals and project objectives set by the department, you must be able to collaborate with stakeholders.
- They must be able to voluntarily optimize processes implemented within departments or factories.
- When analyzing and solving technical problems, they have troubleshooting and decision-making abilities with support from their supervisors.

仕事内容
職務内容
- 医薬品（固形製剤の包装）製造業務
- 上記製造業務に付帯関連する業務（準備・片付け・清掃など）
- 継続的な工程改善
- SOP整備
- デジタルを活用した工程の見える化、最適化の推進
※業務具体例
- クリーンルーム内での製造機器の操作（ブリスター、各包装機など）
- 使用する器具・部品の洗浄
- 製造環境の清掃、消毒
- 用水設備、空調設備の維持管理
- 標準作業手順書、作業記録書の制改訂などのパソコン業務
- 医薬品製造のために必要な教育の受講
Responsibilities
- Packaging work for solid formulations (manufacturing/equipment adjustment/cleaning)
- Continuous process improvement
- Proper SOP Development and Educational Activities
- Promotion of process optimization using new technologies such as digital technology
- Deviations, change management, CAPA compliance
- Follow the instructions of your superior and perform other duties.
