- Experience in business-process analysis and improvement
- Ability to use KPIs to evaluate outcomes and drive improvement
- Ability to work effectively in Japanese and English
歓迎
- Transformation experience in retail, luxury, consumer-facing services, or a multi-brand or multi-site environment is preferred
- Experience implementing ERP, CRM, data, AI, automation, or related solutions is preferred
- Relevant certification or equivalent knowledge in change management, project management, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma is preferred

仕事内容
MAIN PURPOSE
- This position translates business challenges into executable transformation programmes and drives change across organisation, process, data, and technology. The role leads the full journey from planning and implementation through user adoption, benefits tracking, and transition into sustainable operations.
Transformation Delivery
- Manage cross-functional execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Work with business functions, technology teams, and external partners to deliver transformation programmes
- Clarify issues and decisions to support effective programme delivery
Change & Adoption
- Assess change impacts and plan communication, training, and business-readiness activities
- Support the adoption of new processes and digital capabilities in day-to-day work
- Align stakeholders and clarify ownership and next actions
Value Realisation
- Define KPIs and expected benefits with business stakeholders
- Track post-implementation outcomes and recommend improvements where needed
- Connect programme delivery to measurable business value
Operational Handover & Capability Building
- Establish clear operational ownership, support arrangements, knowledge, and controls before handover
- Promote continuous improvement through templates, playbooks, and retrospectives
- Strengthen internal transformation capabilities through coaching and knowledge transfer
