- Experience building CICD and GitOps from scratch such as Github Action, ArgoCD, ArgoWorkflow

- Experience using AI development tool, such as ClaudeCode, Codex
- Business Level English
- Proficient in English (TOEIC Score 800 above or equivalent)

仕事内容
Position Details
We're looking for a Software Developer to design and build features across the GORA platform - Japan's leading golf course reservation service.
You will work on a backend that handles reservations, player profiles, swing analysis, scoring, rewards, and course data for millions of golfers.
The system is a growing microservice architecture with async data flows at its core.
Day to day you will design and implement new API endpoints, build and maintain batch jobs for data pipelines, contribute to ongoing platform migrations, and work across the full stack - from database schema to REST contract to integration test.
You will be expected to write production-quality code, understand the domain deeply, and take ownership of features end-to-end.
The codebase is large, the domain is data-rich, and the engineering bar is high.
We care about correctness, test coverage, and code that is easy to reason about.
