This position supports corporate security for a new digital bank by designing, building, and operating internal security systems and SaaS security controls. The role collaborates with developers and IT staff on security risk management, incident response, device security, and security frameworks.

Main Responsibilities

Information gathering, understanding of latest technologies, and verification for major vendors such as Microsoft
Operational management of tools such as EDR, CASB, and MDM
Security risk management for internal systems and the use of external SaaS
Construction of controls compliant with security guidelines
Security incident response for internal systems
Implementation and promotion of device security measures
Implementation and deployment of frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS Benchmark

応募資格（必須）

Basic understanding of computer science, including networks, operating systems, data structures, and cryptography
Development experience in at least one programming language
Professional English communication skills
Hands-on experience in building and operating internal systems (CASB, DLP, MDM, EDR, Entra ID, etc.)

歓迎する経験

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or GCIH
Deep understanding of authentication and authorization, including OIDC and OAuth
Experience in security-related operations within the financial or FinTech sectors, such as compliance with FISC standards
Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.
