Security Engineer, CQO Office

Responsibilities and Duties

1. 1You will be primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and operating security controls targeting our Software Development Lifecycle.
2. 2Collaborating with software engineers and SREs, you will conduct security reviews of code, as well as drive the automation of security checks using scripts and tools.
3. 3You will also be involved in evaluating, introducing, and operating AI development support tools and creating mechanisms to utilize them safely.
4. 4Furthermore, you will continuously contribute to incident response, vulnerability management, and the improvement of security processes and guidelines.

2. 2You will be expected to independently discover risks latent in systems and development processes, then propose and execute realistic and effective countermeasures.
3. 3Acting as a bridge between security and development, you will help build an environment where engineers can develop securely while maintaining high productivity.
4. 4Looking ahead, we expect you to lead the elevation of the organization's overall security baseline by establishing best practices and reusable components.

応募資格（必須）

• Hands-on experience as a Security Engineer, or Software Developer with strong security involvement.
• Experience designing, building, and operating secure environments using major cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Practical scripting and programming experience (e.g., Python, Shell) at a level capable of automating security checks and tool integrations.
• Experience in security evaluations within development/DevOps contexts, such as threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and secure code review.
• Understanding of modern development processes (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containers, etc.) and experience integrating security into them.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain risks and countermeasures to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
• TOEIC score of 700 or above

• Experience in security design and operation for large-scale, high-availability systems on AWS.
• Experience in security automation using AI development support tools (such as Claude, Cursor, Codex) or other modern development platforms.
• Knowledge and experience in application security, including secure coding, API security, and OWASP Top 10.
• Experience with incident response, log analysis, and security monitoring in cloud-native environments.
• Information security or cloud security certifications/training are a plus (not required).
• Experience in AI development or development using AI tools.
