どんな仕事かAIによる生成
半導体エンジニア（生産技術開発）として、化学反応や稼働条件の最適化、新しいプロセス条件・設備の量産導入、製造プロセスの開発・改善を行います。不具合の根本原因を分析し、品質・歩留まりの安定や生産効率・設備安定性の向上に取り組みます。生産計画や作業フローの最適化、原材料・クリーンルーム環境・生産工程の管理も担当します。

必須
- 理系学部卒以上
- 半導体業界、または製造業における量産業務の経験をお持ちの方
- 分析力、課題解決力、論理的思考力をお持ちの方
- 製造業に関する基礎知識をお持ちの方
- 社内外の関係者と円滑に業務を進められる日本語コミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方（目安：JLPT N2以上）
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering, scientific, or other STEM-related field
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations within the semiconductor industry or other manufacturing industries
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
- Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
- Japanese language proficiency sufficient to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (JLPT N2 level or above preferred)
- Experience in utilizing AI for work process improvements and efficiency activities.
