- Equivalent experience in the semiconductor industry will also be considered.

- Preferred: Experience in developing FinFET and/or industry experience in CMOS device technology and process integration
- Bonus: Knowledge of Nano sheet and vertical GAA logic transistor technologies
- Developing DRAM Design or Test skills
- Japanese language skills
- Good presentation skills
