必須
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience may also be considered
- 5+ years of experience in digital circuit design
- High-speed interfaces (e.g., SerDes)
- Timing analysis
- Signal integrity (SI) design
- Experience in board bring-up, debugging, and system-level root cause analysis
- Hands-on experience with schematic design and PCB layout review tools
- Cadence, Altium, or Allegro
- Strong understanding of high-speed design guidelines and SI/PI considerations
- Solid understanding of system architecture
- CPU-based systems
- FPGA applications
- Power distribution systems
- Clock design
- Knowledge of EMC, thermal design, and product compliance, including validation and certification support
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment
- Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal source analyzers
- Strong understanding of design trade-offs (power, noise, performance)
- Experience working in Agile and Lean environments
- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Fluent in English; Japanese is a strong advantage
