募集の背景
- 2024.04に新設された医薬情報保証部は、「医薬品等の適正使用に資する情報提供を保証する活動を通じ、社内外のステークホルダーに付加価値を提供する」というミッションを掲げています。近年、臨床試験・研究は高度化・多様化が進んでおり、その中で当社は業界屈指のパイプラインを有し、医薬品に加え、再生医療等製品、医療機器、SaMDなど多様なモダリティの開発を加速しています。このような環境下では、医薬品等の適正使用に資する情報について、高度なサイエンスに基づき、信頼性を保証することが不可欠です。患者さんに価値を届けるための重要な役割を担い、高い専門性を発揮しながら新たな挑戦に取り組んでいただける人財を募集します。

Background of recruitment
- Medical Information Assurance Department, which was newly established in April 2024. Our mission is the following; "provide added value to internal and external stakeholders through activities that assure the provision of information that contributes to the proper use of pharmaceuticals, etc."In recent years, clinical trials and research have become increasingly sophisticated and diversified, and within this context, Chugai possesses one of the industry's leading pipelines, accelerating the development of diverse modalities such as pharmaceuticals, regenerative medicine products, medical devices, and SaMDs. In such an environment, it is essential to assure the reliability of information that contributes to the proper use of pharmaceuticals and other products based on advanced science. We are seeking talent who can take on new challenges while playing a crucial role in delivering value to patients and demonstrating high expertise.

- Manage Chugai internal regulations and the Healthcare Compliance Department SOPs
[Infrastructure]
- Manage internal IT infrastructures of reviewing promotional materials (Including lecture slides) and supervising activities to provide sales information (Meetings, Events and Engagements)

- Review/Examine electronic package insert, interview form and drug guide for patients
Position Features
- The Medical Information Assurance Department contributes to patient benefit by ensuring the quality of promotional materials and information dissemination activities for pharmaceutical products, thereby supporting the delivery of accurate and appropriate information to healthcare professionals and patients.As the department responsible for oversight of promotional information activities, we drive business transformation initiatives, including the adoption of generative AI and Business Process Management. This provides opportunities to develop expertise in advertising regulations, scientific knowledge, and digital technologies while gaining industry-leading experience.In addition, by collaborating closely with diverse internal stakeholders across functions such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Risk & Compliance, you will broaden your business perspective and strengthen your communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
