Enterprise Services - Risk (MARS) Implementation Specialist

The Risk Implementation team provides our Risk Enterprise clients exceptional service in full implementation and onboarding. This includes scoping, deployment, and integration of our solutions within the framework of their existing businesses.

Risk implementations handles multi-asset portfolio risk products, which include Multi-Asset Risk System (MARS) Front Office Risk, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, Hedge accounting and Collateral management.

We partner with Sales and Account Management throughout the sales process to ensure the solution is a fit for our client's needs.

We also work with the Products and Engineering teams to ensure the client has an efficient and exceptional onboarding experience.

As a Risk Implementation Specialist, you will lead and scale Bloomberg PORT Enterprise implementations for sophisticated Buy-side and Sell-side clients across APAC. with a particular focus on in-depth knowledge of fixed income and OTC derivatives in Front Office Risk, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, Hedge accounting and Collateral management.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams, as well as portfolio managers, risk professionals, attribution specialists, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to understand client workflows, configure solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

This role combines relationship management, implementation leadership, project execution, investment analytics expertise, and technical problem-solving. You will manage implementation timelines, lead projects from discovery through production go-live, support data onboarding, validation and risk analytics reconciliation efforts, deliver client training, and help clients embed MARS into their risk management workflows.

You will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving adoption and ensuring successful business outcomes.

Travel may be required to support client engagements across the APAC region.

Lead end-to-end Risk (MARS) implementations from discovery through production go-live.

Define project scope, delivery milestones, governance structures, and success criteria.

Manage data onboarding, portfolio structures, analytics configuration, and validation.

Configure portfolio analytics and risk workflows aligned with client risk processes.

Investigate analytics discrepancies and communicate findings effectively to both technical and investment stakeholders.

Act as a trusted advisor to risk professionals and technology leaders.

Drive client adoption through workflow design, user training, and operating model recommendations.

Partner with other teams to improve implementation standards and influence future product enhancements (Product, Engineering, Services, Buy-side Order Management (AIM), Trade Order Management Solutions (TOMS) as well as Portfolio Analytics)
