必須

• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations, including process knowledge, line management, and cycle time improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and respond quickly to abnormalities
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with shop floor operators and DX teams
• Data analysis skills using Excel and SQL for KPI evaluation
• Data analysis skills using Excel and SQL
• Basic IT skills, including MES (Manufacturing Execution System) operation, report creation, and use of standard tools
• Knowledge of production scheduling
• English proficiency at a basic conversational level or higher
• Japanese proficiency at a business level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) or higher

• Identify, analyze, and resolve problems using AI, SQL, Python, and other analytical tools, and propose effective solutions
• Monitor manufacturing line performance and adjust line balance accordingly
• Analyze and improve key performance indicators such as cycle time, throughput, and equipment utilization
• Manage lot flow and set priorities in accordance with the production schedule
• Perform rapid troubleshooting and recovery actions in response to abnormal events
• Collaborate with DX and OMT teams to drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives
• Participate in FabPace improvement activities
