Frontend Engineer (Senior)

About the Job

1. 1We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of frontend applications using the latest technologies, including TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
2. 2In this role, you will provide technical guidance to the team on solving complex challenges and designing robust architectures, while actively engaging in code reviews, automated testing, and code quality improvements.
3. 3You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other development teams to propose and drive feature implementations aligned with business requirements, and contribute to the team’s technical maturity through knowledge sharing and best practices.

応募資格（必須）

• 7+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with HTML / CSS / JavaScript development
• Experience with CI/CD workflows
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers and designers
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Conversational proficiency in both Japanese or English, with at least one language at the level to participate in engineering discussion.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Strong team player with proactive communication skills
• Eager to research new technologies
• Passionate about improving services and making a positive impact through engineering
• Able to balance business, organizational, and technical considerations to provide technical guidance
• Able to collaborate with engineers and tech leads company-wide to shape the culture of the development team
