About the Job
- Develop front-end applications using the latest front-end technologies, including TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Maintain a high-quality codebase by creating automated tests, conducting code reviews, and supporting the introduction of new processes to ensure new releases are properly tested and ready.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other development teams to implement features.
- Contribute to maintaining best practices through knowledge sharing, participating in code reviews, and providing feedback.

応募資格（必須）
- 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with HTML / CSS / JavaScript development
- Experience with CI/CD workflows
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers and designers
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Japanese for development tasks or equivalent English level
