Senior VM & Store Design Operations Manager

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Visual Merchandising & Store Design Operation Manager (Grade 10–11) to lead the global store design and visual merchandising operations for our premier skincare franchises: ULTIMUNE, Vital Perfection, and Future Solution .

Based at our global headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, you will act as the pivotal between creative vision and market execution.

Operating in a bilingual environment (Japanese and English), you will collaborate closely with internal creative teams, external suppliers, and regional stakeholders across SAPAC and SAC to ensure all visual assets, technical drawings, and merchandising guidelines are executed to the highest standards, on time, and aligned with global brand equity.

Franchise Design & Creative Execution

Partner directly with the global creative team, follow the creative process to foster proactive solutions for the preparation and fine tuning of the mock ups for each campaigns guidelines assets.

Organize, coordinate, and oversee the translation of creative assets into physical asset mock-ups and guidelines preparation in collaboration with required suppliers.

Review and ensure the absolute precision and quality of all technical drawings prior to production, maintaining a strong cost-conscious approach throughout development.

Following the brand elevation, define potential new suppliers for mock up production (pursuit of reducing plastic and more natural materials) and foster budget negotiations.

Guidelines & Schedule Management

Develop comprehensive, easy-to-implement Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines tailored to the specific commercial needs of individual markets.

Oversee the end-to-end design development timeline, ensuring that all milestones align with the master schedule for timely delivery to markets.

Regional Liaison & Stakeholder Management

Foster alignements with several stakeholders to ensure timeline of each campaign offline assets preparation.

Serve as the primary Store Design and VM point of contact for regular alignment meetings with regional teams and Regional Headquarters.

Manage and support the specific Store Design rollout needs for SAPAC (Asia Pacific) and SAC (Americas) .
