Senior Product Manager - MRV Platform

Key Responsibilities

1. 1Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the MRV platform, aligning it with Sagri's overall mission and business objectives.
2. 2Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business development, to deliver a world-class product.
3. 3Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
4. 4Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
5. 5Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the MRV platform.
6. 6Manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and work with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features.
7. 7Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision, features, and timeline.
8. 8Stay current with the latest carbon accounting trends, sustainable agriculture, and relevant technologies.
9. 9Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
10. 10Represent Sagri at industry events and engage with key clients and partners.
11. 11Manage stakeholder expectations around scientific model limitations while maintaining product credibility

応募資格（必須）

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AgriTech and environmental technologies.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly products
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing methodologies
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Passion for sustainability and leveraging technology to drive positive environmental impact
