Business Development (Decarbonization × Agritech × Global Expansion)

Key Responsibilities

1. 1Conduct market research domestically and internationally (interviews with clients and stakeholders, field visits)
2. 2Plan, manage, and execute decarbonization projects
3. 3Prepare proposals, presentations, and white papers
4. 4Coordinate closely with R&D and engineering teams internally
5. 5Handle reporting, operations management, and related administrative tasks
6. 6Promote projects through talks, presentations, and public outreach
7. 7Support subsidy and grant applications (information gathering, coordination with grant offices, document preparation and submission)
8. 8Other tasks as assigned; domestic and international travel may be required (typically a few times a year, up to 10 times depending on the project)

About the Agri-Innovation Division

1. 1Division leverages satellite data and soil chemical analysis to support sustainable and regenerative agriculture
2. 2Key initiatives include reducing GHG emissions and developing carbon credit projects, promoting decarbonization through agricultural materials, and providing data and insights for farmers and local governments
3. 3Small elite team of 6 including Head of Division, Deputy Head, and team members, allowing high autonomy and direct impact

応募資格（必須）

• Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following: Project management, Corporate sales / business development, Consulting experience with client-facing work
• Language skills: Business-level English (spoken and written)
• Business-level Japanese
