経験（Experience）

• 複数の地域を対象としたR&Dドメインにおいて、ジェネラルマネージャーまたはシニアITコンサルタントとして7年以上の実務経験
• R&D環境における大規模な業務プロセス改革およびシステム変革を主導した経験 （例：PLM、製品設計・開発、要求管理、プロダクト・ポートフォリオ・マネジメント、CAD など）
• 医療業界における5年以上の経験 （コンサルティング会社、またはライフサイエンス／ヘルスケア企業での直接経験いずれも可）
• ソリューションコンサルティングおよびプロジェクト実行の双方における経験
• 医療業界におけるデジタル技術を活用した新たな顧客向けソリューション創出の実績
• 価値創出およびデマンドプランニングに関する5年以上の経験 （デザインシンキング、バリューストリームマッピング、ビジネス・ケイパビリティ・モデリングの経験があれば尚可）
• R&Dドメインにおける主要な業務プロセス、KPI、ベストプラクティス、ならびにビジネスおよび技術トレンドに関する高い実務理解
• 複数の地域および異文化環境において、エグゼクティブステークホルダーを成功裏にマネジメントした経験

Technical Competencies

• Strong business and application domain knowledge of R&D including Digital Transformation in the R&D area in Medical Industry. Preferably knowledge of the related Quality / Regulatory / Manufacturing domains.
• Excellence in communication, creative collaboration, problem-solving, influencing and negotiation.
• Strategic planning - Lead and manage the development of a strategy which aligns with the requirements of the business.Change Leadership: Capable of leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and executing process and technology improvements
• Consultancy - Understand customer requirements by collecting data and delivering analysis. Work collaboratively to develop and implement solutions that address business needs, and ensure that proposed solutions are properly implemented and appropriately exploited.
• Business situation analysis - Investigate business situations where there is some complexity by conducting root cause analysis to identify recommendations for improvements. Engage and collaborate with operational stakeholders.
• Organizational capability development - Contribute to identifying new areas of capability improvement within the organization which may be enhancements to skills, technology or processes. Carry out capability improvement assignments, such as maturity or performance assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Relationship management - Determine the strategic approach to understanding stakeholder objectives and requirements. Work with all interested parties to identify stakeholders and establish effective relationships. Establish and promote the overall vision for how stakeholder objectives are met and determines Organizational roles and alignment.
