Job/Group Overview
The Execution Services Production Services team, a part of Wholesale IT, supports a range of solutions and workflows for our traders and operations teams across multiple business lines.
Responsibilities
Provide application and user support for Cash and F&O middle office applications to ensure a high quality of service to our users, dealing promptly and effectively with any issues.
Handling user queries and effectively handling or escalating issues as appropriate
Management of incoming and outgoing feeds to clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Working collaboratively with teams in Tokyo and other locations to improve the stability and supportability of our systems
