Job Description
The Product Owner will help shape and deliver enterprise risk management capabilities using the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platforms.
The role is responsible for defining product direction, managing priorities, and working closely with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to deliver solutions that support governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
This role requires someone with strong product ownership skills, good stakeholder management, and experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Deep ServiceNow experience is not required at the start, but the successful candidate should be able to learn the platform and work effectively with technical teams to support delivery.

プロダクト方針の定義、優先順位の管理を行い、ビジネス、テクノロジー、リスク関連の各ステークホルダーと連携して、ガバナンス、コンプライアンス、業務効率を支えるソリューションを提供する。
本ロールでは、明確なプロダクトオーナーシップ、ステークホルダー管理、複雑なエンタープライズ環境での対応力が求められる。
ServiceNowの深い知識は入社時点では必須ではないが、入社後に習得し、技術チームと連携してデリバリーを推進できることが必要である。
Responsibilities
Own and help evolve the product vision and roadmap for IRM and TPRM capabilities
Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into product requirements
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support delivery of business value
Partner with engineering teams on planning, delivery, testing, and release activities
Support integrations with related enterprise applications and data sources
Help coordinate platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Work with stakeholders to define success measures, reporting, and performance metrics
Support evaluation of vendors and solutions where relevant
Help ensure user-friendly workflows and practical adoption across risk and compliance teams
Provide support, guidance, and training to users and stakeholders as needed
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing product team and mentor junior team members where appropriate

リスクおよびコンプライアンス部門に対して、使いやすいワークフローと実用的な導入を実現する
ユーザーおよびステークホルダーに対し、サポート、ガイダンス、トレーニングを提供する
協調的で高い成果を出すプロダクトチームに貢献し、必要に応じて若手メンバーを支援する
