仕事内容
Your Job
- We’re looking for someone who can help make sure our products meet the high-quality expectations of major Japanese OEMs and tier suppliers—from the early development stages all the way to mass production. In this role, you’ll work closely with global Molex teams and our suppliers to build quality into the product. As the person oversees quality through every phase, your contribution will directly support stronger customer satisfaction and reduce quality risks.
1. Lead AQP/APQP Activities
- Drive quality planning (APQP) from product development through the launch of mass production
- Define quality requirements and integrate them into control plans, PFMEAs, and process design
2. Customer Quality Support (Voice of the Customer)
- Serve as the quality liaison for automakers and tier suppliers
- Join customer technical and quality reviews, and ensure required specifications are applied internally
3. Quality Assurance for Prototypes & Pre Production
- Handle sample quality checks, and preparation of customer submission documents (e.g., PPAP)
- Work with global Molex plants and suppliers to analyze root causes and develop countermeasures for defects
