必須
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes or equipment engineering.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analytics tools.
- Ability to utilize AI tools, including generative AI, for information gathering, data analysis, report generation, and operational efficiency improvement, or a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply emerging AI technologies.

- Develop, optimize, and sustain advanced dry etch processes for DRAM manufacturing. Lead process improvement initiatives focused on yield, quality, productivity, and cost reduction. Apply statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify, diagnose, and resolve manufacturing issues. Plan and execute process evaluations supporting new product introduction, technology node transitions, and process changes. Collaborate with equipment engineers and suppliers to improve tool performance and operational stability. Lead projects that improve process capability, reduce risk, and increase manufacturing efficiency. Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, process specifications, and engineering reports. Work closely with global development teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support technology roadmaps and manufacturing excellence. Utilize analytics platforms and generative AI tools for data analysis, technical reporting, knowledge management, project execution, and data-driven decision making.
