応募資格

必須

  • 5+ years of project management experience in automotive electronics or related industry
  • Experience working in a global/matrix organization
  • Solid background in electronics, enabling effective understanding of technical requirements and issues.
  • Deep familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and IATF standards for quality management.
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both oral and written.
  • Business-level English and Japanese (written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

仕事内容

About the Position:

  • We are looking for a Project management specialist to join the Electronics Project management team.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Lead Core Project Team members from Nomination phase until handover to serial production;
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with customer and internal requirements
  • Manage planned activities through Project Reviews and the compliance with internal Milestones;
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-cost project delivery of the overall program within the guidelines of PME
  • Manage issue logs and risk management plans in order to provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise project results and promote corrective actions;
  • Act as primary interface between customers (OEMs) and internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective communication across global teams, including overseas engineering centers
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
  • Manage issue tracking, escalation, and resolution processes
  • Ensure the deployment of Marelli Standard Product Development Methodology, Product libraries, Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with other involved departments (Product Development, Quality, etc.);
