AIソリューションの設計・開発・最適化、展開・保守を担うAI Engineerの募集です。データエンジニアやサイエンティスト、ビジネス側の関係者と連携し、事業課題に対応するソリューションを構築します。

Own the design, development, and optimization of AI solutions to generate values directly to the business.
Collaborate with business side, data engineers and stakeholders to understand the business requirements to build the right solution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for your solutions
Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, promoting best practices in AI engineering.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in AI engineering, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Expertise in SQL
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
Proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch
Familiarity with developing, deploying and maintaining AI based microservices
Familiarity with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure etc)
Strong data wrangling skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement innovative data solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong system design experience that involves multiple subsystems such as vector databases, cache, etc
Proficient with MLOps concepts when developing solutions
Have a domain of expertise in the field of AI (NLP, Image Processing, Generative AI, Deep Leaning)
Experience running and maintaining a ML service on production
Proven track record on leading AI solution architecture discussions
Able to build things from 0 to 1 and own the solution
Laser focus on the business value
Passionate about emerging AI techonlogy
Emphasis on quality, maintainability, and visibility of the solution they provide
Strong communicator both verbally and documentation
