- Experience in system modernization, migration projects, or test planning
- PMO experience in large-scale or multi-vendor projects

- Flexibility to travel or visit relevant customer and partner locations as needed

Your role
- As a Sub-Project Manager / PMO for the next-generation TSUBASA system, you will lead coordination and consensus-building among the customer, IBM, Kyndryl, and partner companies, and drive the project forward through requirements clarification, test planning, migration planning, and issue management.

- Organize ambiguous requests and translate them into actionable plans
- Contribute broadly from requirements definition through migration in a shared regional banking project
- Work primarily from the Tokyo office and coordinate with customer and partner locations as needed
