必須
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of safety, quality and project management.
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, pharmaceutical, industrial or factory engineering environments.
- Fluent Japanese required. Business-level English preferred.
- Core Requirements: Able to perform engineering design, best value option analysis, startup/commissioning support, and supplier management.
- 工学系学士以上
- 関連業務経験3年以上
- 安全・品質・プロジェクト管理知識
- 図面読解能力
- 製造業、飲料、FMCG、製薬または工場エンジニアリング分野で3年以上の経験。
- 日本語流暢（必須）、英語ビジネスレベル（尚可）。
- 設計業務、Best Value Option分析、試運転・立上げ支援、サプライヤーマネジメントができること。
