仕事内容
Role Purpose
- The Senior Manager, Strategic Growth supports the Operating Unit’s growth agenda by leading specific strategic analyses, workstreams, and initiatives that shape business decisions.
- Reporting to the Senior Director, this role structures complex problems, conducts strategic assessments, and provides high-quality recommendations that feed into OU growth strategies. The Senior Manager focuses on execution excellence, analytical depth, and cross-functional engagement within defined strategic areas.
- This role is essential for building the fact base, generating insights, and driving the rigor required for strong strategy design and execution.
Lead strategic analysis and workstreams
- Own end-to-end analysis for assigned strategic topics (e.g., category growth drivers, whitespace assessment, competitive intelligence, channel opportunity evaluation).
- Build robust fact bases, frame key questions, and generate clear strategic implications.
Support development of growth strategies
- Translate insights into structured recommendations that inform where-to-play and how-to-win choices.
- Develop scenarios, business cases, and prioritization frameworks to support decision-making.
Track progress of priority initiatives
- Monitor milestones, KPIs, and risks for assigned strategic programs.
- Provide analysis-driven recommendations to adjust course when needed.
Enable strong cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with Category, Channel, Finance, RGM, and Bottlers to ensure strategic clarity and alignment.
- Provide transparent, actionable synthesis for business partners.
Deliver clear, concise strategic storytelling
- Transform insights and analysis into compelling narratives for senior audiences.
- Ensure outputs support informed, timely decisions.
Support capability building & strategic processes
- Strengthen problem-solving, synthesis, and strategic framing within project teams.
- Contribute to improving tools, templates, and standard methodologies.
