必須
- （空間、シングルセル）トランスクリプトーム、エピゲノム、プロテオーム解析などの研究経験（WetとDryの両方）
- 組織、細胞からのサンプル調製、アフィニティー精製などの基本的な生化学、分子生物学の実験スキル
求めるスキル・知識・能力：
Must have (Skill / Knowledge / Ability):
- Experience in bioinformatics (either genomics or proteomics data analysis)
- Experience in a leadership position in the field of bioinformatics
- Experience in omics experiments using LC-MS/MS and NGS
歓迎
- 当該業務領域におけるリーダーポジション相当の実務経験
- Experience in building and improving data analysis pipelines
Nice-to-have(Skill / Knowledge / Ability):
- A master's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, engineering, or biological sciences, and Ph.D. or equivalent professional experience
- Programming skills in Python, R, etc.
- Biological knowledge to understand disease and drug mechanism of action

仕事内容
募集の背景
- 創薬標的探索、バイオマーカー探索、薬剤作用機序解明等において各種オミック解析の必要性が高まっており、加えて新たな解析手法による知見獲得が求められているため。
仕事内容
- 創薬研究および臨床開発のプロジェクトにおいて、オミックス解析による創薬標的／バイオマーカー探索、作用機序解析を推進する
- 各種オミックスデータ（ゲノミクスあるいはプロテオミクス）の解析※経験に応じた役割設定を想定
- 上記研究計画の立案と実行
- オミックス解析の対象は主に（空間、シングルセル）トランスクリプトーム、エピゲノム、プロテオームを想定

Why we are looking for Omics Data Analysis
- The need for various types of omics data analysis is increasing in drug target discovery, biomarker discovery, and elucidation of drug mechanism of action, etc. In addition, there is a need to acquire knowledge through new analysis methods.
Responsibilities
- You promote the following studies in drug discovery research and clinical development projects.
- Analysis of various omics data (genomics or proteomics)*Assumed roles based on experience
- Improvement and development of LC-MS/MS and NGS data analysis tools
- Drug discovery hypothesis building, mechanism elucidation, and research plan planning based on various omics data
