職務概要
- ニッポンベクトンディッキンソン株式会社にて、環境・安全衛生（EHS）とヒューマンリソースビジネスパートナー（HRBP）の両分野におけるマネージャー職を募集します。この役割は、当社の持続可能な成長と従業員の安全・健康、そして組織の成功に不可欠な人材戦略の実現に貢献します。
EHS関連職責
- 日本のEHS関連法令・規制の遵守を確保するためのEHSプログラム、方針、手順の策定、導入、維持、改善。
- EHSリスクアセスメントの実施と、リスク軽減のための適切な対策の立案・実行。
- 定期的なEHS監査および検査の実施、是正措置の特定とフォローアップ。
- EHSパフォーマンスの監視、分析、報告。改善点の特定と実行。
- 従業員へのEHSトレーニングの計画、実施、管理。
- 労災事故や緊急事態発生時の対応計画の策定と指揮。
- 関連する社内外のステークホルダー（監督官庁、地域社会、サプライヤーなど）との連携。
- グローバルEHS戦略とプログラムの日本における展開と統合。
HRBP関連職責
- 担当部門のビジネス戦略を理解し、それに基づいたHR戦略およびソリューションの策定・実行。
- 組織設計、人員計画、タレントマネジメント、後継者計画、エンゲージメント向上などの分野で部門長をサポート。
- 採用、報酬、福利厚生、従業員関係、パフォーマンスマネジメントなどのHRプログラムの展開と実施。
- 従業員からの問い合わせや懸念事項に対応し、適切なアドバイスとサポートを提供。
- 労働法規の遵守を確保し、コンプライアンスに関するアドバイスを提供。
- 従業員データ分析を通じて、人材に関するインサイトを提供し、意思決定を支援。
- 部門の変革を推進し、チェンジマネジメントをサポート。
- 人事部門内の各スペシャリストチーム（採用、報酬、ラーニングなど）との連携。
Job Summary
- Nippon Becton Dickinson Co., Ltd. is seeking an EHS & HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to lead both Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) functions. This role will contribute to the company's sustainable growth by ensuring employee safety and well-being while driving strategic people initiatives that support organizational success.
EHS Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Japanese EHS regulations and legal requirements.
- Conduct EHS risk assessments and develop and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.
- Perform regular EHS audits and inspections, identify corrective actions, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Monitor, analyze, and report EHS performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Plan, deliver, and manage EHS training programs for employees.
- Develop and lead emergency response plans and coordinate incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, local communities, and suppliers.
- Deploy and integrate global EHS strategies and programs within Japan operations.
HRBP Responsibilities
- Understand business strategies and develop and execute HR strategies and solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with functional leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the implementation and execution of HR programs, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and provide advice on employment-related matters.
- Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives and change management activities.
- Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development teams.
