仕事内容
Description
- The Program Manager for Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) Network Expansion is accountable for expanding and optimizing the lastmile delivery network for heavy and bulky items.
Launch
- This role leads end-to-end delivery station launch processes, executing launches according to or ahead of established timelines. It is expected to manage cross-functional stakeholder teams in each process.
Network Optimization
- You owns optimization of delivery station jurisdictions, improves network efficiency metrics. It is expected to benchmark against worldwide best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

- Success in this role requires strong skills in strategic planning and execution, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, project management, and leadership.
Key job responsibilities
- 1) Launch Planning
- Validate potential locations and select the best ones by working closely with relevant stakeholders
- Support finance study to justify the launch
- 2) Short-term planning/Optimization
- Finalize delivery area and volume for the station at the time of launch
- Optimization of delivery area to improve productivity
- Be an expert in using tools for topology planning
- 3) Launch execution management
- Identify necessary actions/POCs and track the progress
- Manage/support stakeholders
- 4) Lead entire launch/optimization related processes
- Manage project progress
- Benchmark WW standard process and quality
- Build standard processes based on WW standard
- Implementation of necessary tools
