必須
- Master's degree in Organic Chemistry is required
- Hands‑on experience operating GC/MS, LC/MS, NMR, FT‑IR, Raman microscopy and related analytical instruments
- Practical skills in sample preparation, spectral analysis, and data interpretation.
- Experience in analytical method development and optimization tailored to product and business needs.
- Ability to provide the analytical consultation and propose appropriate analytical approaches to solve technical problems for requestors.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with requestors, internal stakeholders, and global analytical teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to accuracy, and solid communication skills.
- Lead to develop analytical method/ technology tailored to 3M products.
- Ability and willingness to strengthen analytical knowledge and techniques through communication and collaboration with global analytical Lab.
- Ability to prepare analytical reports and basic knowledge of quality systems (e.g., GLP, ISO)
- Understanding of laboratory safety and chemical handling.
- To ensure the test reliability, perform the instrument maintenance.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Ability to demonstrate our performance culture behaviors.
歓迎
- Ph.D is preferred, but not must-have.
- Digital capability is preferred, especially to support the development and effective use of digital tools for Analytical Lab.
