Global IT Lead (SAP FI/CO)

Standardization and Management of Global Finance Processes: Drive and lead SAP-enabled Finance Transformation from HQ across all regions. Define and govern global finance processes and global templates.

Requirements Definition and Solution Design: Collaborate with Regional IT organizations to gather user needs and region-specific requirements (e.g., tax law updates), hands-on performing requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

Implementation and Support for SAP FI-CO Solutions: Hands-on design, configure, and support SAP FI-CO solutions (S/4HANA environment), ensuring integration with adjacent planning and consolidation solutions such as BPC and PaPM.

Project Management and SI Partner Collaboration: Manage and collaborate with SI partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards, leading cross-regional rollout initiatives.

Guidance and Knowledge Transfer to Regional IT: Provide guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to regional finance and IT stakeholders.
