Position Overview
Renova is seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join its Philippines Office.
You will play a key role in the sourcing, origination, and development of renewable energy projects across the country.
This position is ideal for individuals with over 5 years of experience in the power and energy industry, who are passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to impactful, long-term energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Origination: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and projects within the Philippines.
Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, policy/regulatory analysis and project feasibility studies.
Project Support: Lead or support project structuring, feasibility assessment, planning, permitting, financial modelling, and documentation processes.
Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, landowners, local communities, and potential partners.
Coordination and Negotiation: Coordinate and/or negotiate with contractors, landowners, partners, and advisors.
Reporting: Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and internal reports for management.
Administration: Manage project-related documentation, meeting coordination, and project monitoring.
