About Organization

Our mission is to empower people and society by engaging in corporate services and the construction of Rakuten Mobile Network equipment, thereby contributing to the innovation of physical network configurations and communication infrastructure.

We are expanding our operations and are looking for individuals with expertise in base station configuration or NTT office equipment configuration.

Job Duties

You will be responsible for NTT dark fiber-related operations for corporate services, TOR (Top of Rack), and MBH (Mobile Backhaul), as well as construction management, design, and construction operations at NTT Building as Manager or Tech Leader.

As a Manager or Technical Leader, you will be responsible for tasks ranging from the physical design of network equipment to construction completion, as well as safety and quality management.

Many of our employees have extensive knowledge and experience from backgrounds in construction companies, telecommunications carriers, and equipment vendors.
